SILKANDLUXE RETURN POLICY

At Silkandluxe, every piece is carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our clothing business, we maintain a strict return policy to protect product quality and ensure every customer receives items in excellent condition.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the item is:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unstained
  • Unperfumed
  • Free from makeup, deodorant, body odor, pet hair, or any signs of wear
  • In its original condition with all tags and packaging attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale items
  • Discounted items
  • Live sale purchases
  • White, cream, ivory, or light-colored items
  • Accessories
  • Items marked final sale

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges when available. If your size is unavailable, store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue.

Important Notice

Returns that are stained, worn, damaged, scented, or missing tags will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
